No, this doesn’t mean cassowaries have taken up bike riding.

To find out more about our local cycle of the cassowaries as well as learn about a pesky weed that we need to be aware of read our May 2019 newsletter

Would you like to help showcase our cassowaries?

It was a bit of a joke above to think about cassowaries taking up bike riding.  But seriously if you or anyone you know has any recent shots of cassowaries doing anything at all we would enjoy hearing about it.

But wait there is more.  Yes a further chance to get involved. Why not share the excitement of your sighting with others.  We’d be delighted to feature your shot here on our website including giving you credit for your work.  So please join in with showcasing our amazing rainforest guardians to others by sending cassowary sighting photos to kurandaconservation@hotmail.com
